Multimedia Project Leader; Internet/Intranet directed especially towards Latin American subsidiaries; Use of electronic tools for "international packaging approval"; Collaboration with the Dept. of International Training; Much correspondence with the WHO regarding the pain field (for the worldwide morphine marketing project).
Skills acquired worth mentioning: higher knowledge of javascript, xml, css, Web Based Training. Basic knowledge of German.
Software: TRADOS; in a lesser degree APACHE/MySQL, PHP, Dynamo.
Hardware: industrial use of the digitalsender, DV camera, from scan to OCR to processing to master CD to final product, silkscreen design and worldwide distribution.
Responsibilities: Librapharm
Medical adviser for the new generic drug line: Librapharm since January, 1999.
Product profile updates for PLM and Edifarm. Printed promotional material, Creation
of multimedia material for Sales Reps training. In charge of the Instruction,
Monthly reunions and Autotraining follow-up for Sales Reps. Reception of medical
information requests.
Responsibilities: Grünenthal Medical Informatics Center - CIMEG
Director of the Center and its virtual library. Information searches in 26
databases (Drugdex, Emergindex, Poisindex, TOMES, Medline, LILACS, ARTEMISA, SAM,
Internet, etc) and impression of them (even though I have two secretaries), National
and International Mailing, Internet and E-mail short courses, Presence in Congresses and
Scientific events with a portable computer, databases and printer, Reception/delivery of
company e-mail twice daily.

Ad honorem webmaster of Grünenthal Ecuatoriana.
Responsibilities: Scientific Department
Preparation of clinical studies from scratch to publication. Creation of multimedia
applications and presentations for other Sales Reps training, Co-worker training (Windows
95 & NT, Microsoft Office, WinSpirs, LILACS, Artemisa, SAM-CD, Drugdex, Emergindex,
etc). Eventual hardware/software problem solutions in computers and printers,
scanners, CD rewriter, etc, Publication of the magazine "Atrévete for
secretaries" and "Atrévete for Sales Reps". Official printer paper
feeder, lost calls reorienter, E-mailman of the administrative building, graphics
designer, doctor on-call in case of medical disaster, etc.

My English-Spanish Dictionary of Medical Terms is progressing very slowly. Now it has 195.000 terms in Spanish. Haven't taken the time to count the words in English or all the synonyms though...
My interactive medical program (which really works) was suspended at 25% because I
saturated
my free time with my work.
